The global egg industry was worth $213.13 billion in 2020. The industry is expected to grow from $248.49 billion in 2022 to $374.89 billion in 2027. The annual growth rate (CAGR) is 8.57% during the forecast period. Improved storage technology and the development of new poultry breeds are expected to increase the production. Increasing production and promoting industrial growth in the future will increase egg consumption worldwide. New innovations in the production, processing and packaging of eggs and in this case the device for the end users will increase the consumption of eggs. 

 

Table eggs are mainly cooked either by boiling or frying and eaten at home or in restaurants and hotels. Their share of the total egg consumption varies by countries and regions from 40% to 60%. The other part is used in the food industry. 

 

World Egg Day is celebrated every year worldwide. In 2026 we will have a chance  to introduce our consept in the event. New innovations in the production, processing and packaging of eggs and in this case our innovation for the end users will increase the consumption of eggs.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE 

The device resembles a medium-sized thermos flask with a removable top and bottom. The egg is placed in the placenta at the bottom of the device. The top and bottom are connected together. Keyboard at the top of the device is for selecting the degree of doneness and the egg weigh. The power source is electricity, which is obtained from the mains. In conditions where there is no electricity, a solar panel or a portable power source can be used. This makes it possible to use the device on wilderness trips, in developing countries, refugee camps and even on war fronts. The device weighs between 500 - 1000 g.
